ePass Ticket Features:
- Valid for one year from time of purchase.
- ePass Tickets are advance purchase only.
- Payable by cheque or direct deposit.
- Transferable from one person to another.
- Change or cancel anytime without a fee, with the exception that if a passenger does not show up for a flight, they automatically forfeit the value of the ePass ticket for that flight.
- Non-refundable after purchase.
Once ePass request has been submitted, an NT Air representative will contact you for payment arrangements.
Excess baggage beyond 50 pounds is subject to extra cost. ePass tickets can not be used to cover excess baggage charges.
